Politician's or little napoleon's where is the difference?

Politician's often times speak about trying to help the people but they never do, what they will do on occasion is drop by a very safe part of the neighborhood for like 5 minutes and preach and then they will call it a day. Then they will try doing what's right and ban this and speak out against that, but what good is that really doing? They are just trying to win votes.
